Technical Specifications

Structure
- Base-Frame and Traverse Gantry are made from high-grade welded steel yielding the stiffest structure possible. - Vacuum hold-down is powered by 4kW vacuum pumps, reliably securing all work pieces. - The system’s prime-mover drivers are powered by brushless motors and shaft-mounted encoders. Incredibly high quality results from the drive data being processed directly by the indexed drive. - Linear ball-guide and helical rack-and-pinion control the prime axis with precise Z axis control managed by ballscrew. - Mitsubishi controllers manage all axis under the control of specialised, proprietary firmware and software systems.
 
SPINDLE
- An air-cooled high-frequency spindle rated at 4.5kW - 24,000 RPM fitted with an ISO30 Cone for tool changing, powers through your materials.
 
TOOL CHANGER
- Automatic tool changing with 6 stations (expandable to 12).
